Valentine’s Day Pancakes-From Scratch!

I love making everything from scratch and can’t resist modifying a recipe to my tastes. This is a modified recipe for pancakes—with a Valentine’s Day twist! A bit late in coming, so hurry up and plan your cozy, love-filled breakfast.
These pancakes are light, fluffy, and just sweet enough to taste special without overdoing it. Perfect for a romantic morning, a fun family breakfast, or even a solo treat (because self-love deserves pancakes too!). I used a large heart-shaped cookie cutter in honor of this special day. In my house, food is one of the ways I show love—whether it’s for hubby, my grandkids, or just a little treat for myself. Enjoy them with your favorite maple syrup!
